- Coupon inserts are basically different manufacturers offering coupons for their products, compiled into booklets, and stuck in your Sunday newspapers.
- Sunday Insert Sources include: Proctor & Gamble (P&G), Red Plum (RP), General Mills (GM), & Smart Source (SS)
- Why order inserts from the mainland?
- Here in Hawaii it is hard to obtain high value coupons for items. In fact, Hawaii inserts can look pretty skimpy most of the time. Because demographics determine which coupons will make it in the coupons inserts, it is best to order from the mainland.
- If you're wondering how buying coupons will save you money.. well it will. The cost of inserts are approximately .66 cents an insert if you use a coupon(s) in that insert worth $2.00 you've already made your .66 cents back plus saved over a dollar!
- Why are inserts important for couponing?
- It is VERY important to obtain Sunday coupon inserts to maximize your ability to save with coupons. Coupon inserts give you hundreds of dollars worth of coupons every Sunday. Without inserts it will be harder for you to obtain the best deals and to save you the most money!
- Where Can I get Coupons from?
- Besides from the Sunday inserts you can find coupons almost everywhere! One of my favorite magazines called ALL YOU (found only at Walmart) carries awesome coupons! You will even find coupons inside the packaging of products, store receipts, catalinas, and mailings.
- How do I know what coupons are in Sunday inserts?

- How many inserts should I order?
- Personally I order 1 insert per person in the house. But if you're looking to stock up on great deals you can order as many as you like.
- Keep in mind some coupons state that you can only use 4 "like" coupons per shopping trip. Meaning if you order 8 coupon inserts and plan on using all 8 coupons for toothpaste in one trip you may face issues at the register. So make sure you read your coupons well and plan your trip accordingly.
